PRO Guard also offers a digitalized way of security check-in/out for Organizations. The system includes use of tablet/mobile for managing visitor s check in/out process instead of manual entry into registers. ENTRIES & REPORTS : All entries of Visitors, Vehicles, Staff, Family are managed with PRO-Guard (Website + App), Its secure; Its perfect; Can be searched easily, reporting is so quick. OTP VERIFICATION : A Visitor is processed with Mobile verification and OTP confirmation. (We can be assured of the Mobile number provided, belongs to the particular visitor only). LIVE PHOTO IDENTITY : During visitor registration, Guard will capture a photo of the visitor, only then the registration proceeds. BLOCK UNWANTED VISITORS : Flat Owner can block unwanted or frightful visitors to avoid Criminal activities. REUSABILITY OF REGISTERED VISITORS : One time registration only, Visitor can Check-In next time without registration (using his/her unique code). EXPECTED VISITORS : Flat Owner can add expected visitors through the app to avoid the intercom calling verification for each of those visitors. SMS NOTIFICATION : PRO-Guard uses the intercom calling system to allow Visitor entry and notifies the Flat Owner with an SMS about the Check-In. HISTORY OF VISITORS : Owner can view all time history of Visitor Check-In/Out as well as Live Visitors @home and relatively their Check-In/Out time. DOOR LOCK STATUS : Availability/Unavailability of the Flat Owner can be set.
